We’re on the lookout for Age Managers (and Helpers) for the upcoming Nippers season!
- Guide our young lifesavers
- Keep them safe, engaged, and having fun
- No surf lifesaving experience needed
- Simple online training at your own pace
We’re always looking for more Age Managers to support our Nippers program, and we’d love your help. Age Managers play a vital role in guiding our young members through surf lifesaving activities, ensuring they’re safe, engaged, and having fun. It’s a great way to be involved in your child’s development and connect with others in the club community.
Becoming an Age Manager is easier than you might think. The training is completed online at your own pace, covering everything from safety and supervision to creating a positive learning environment for kids. You don’t need previous surf lifesaving experience—just a willingness to support our future lifesavers.
We also welcome Junior Age Managers aged 17 and over, who can take on leadership roles and gain valuable experience working with younger members. For those who’d prefer to start with a smaller commitment, you can also become an Age Manager Helper—simply pop on a yellow vest and assist the team on the beach. Every extra set of hands makes a difference.
