Waratah Beach Surf Life Saving Club gratefully acknowledges the support of South Gippsland Shire Council through its Community Grants Program, which provided funding to support the development of this 2026–2030 Strategic Plan. The grant enabled the Club to engage professional strategic planning expertise and undertake a structured consultation and planning process involving Club leaders, members and stakeholders. The Council’s investment has helped establish a clear roadmap for the Club’s future, supporting the continued delivery of lifesaving services, volunteer development, community engagement, strong governance, and long-term sustainability.
